TRI-STATE COMPLETE RESULTS

NH!!! You did it! For the 2nd consecutive week NH participated as part of the LET’S GO Virtual Race Series brought to you by BayStateRunning (BSR).You have taken home the first victory of the season as NH Girls won the Tri-State Invitational by 1 point and the boys placed 2nd.
NH girls dominated the Girls 2 Mile scoring 27 total points in that one event. Coe-Brown’s Addison Cox won the event with Merrimack’s Adele Alexander placing 2nd and Cox’s teammate Abigail O’Connor (3rd,11:45). Coe-Brown also saw the freshmen duo of Sheldyn Fisher and Mallory Taylor place 5th and 6th.
NH Girls scored a bunch of points in the Broad Jump amassing 24! Nashua’s Madeline Stevents led the way with a leap of 8’3″ and Sanborn’s Kaylen Lachappelle placed 2nd. Lachepelle also placed 4th in the 200 scoring with Hanover’s Ella Maclean who placed 5th.
BG’s Fiona Doherty won the 800 in 2:23 with Nashua’s Nadia Zhecheva placing 5th. All in all the Granite State ladies totaled 81 points to Massachusetts 80 and Rhode Island’s 24.
Massachusetts won the boys side amassing 97 points to NH’s 72 and Rhode Island’s 4.
Winning events for NH included Coe-Brown’s Porter Heigis in the 800 (2:03.4) and Luke Tkaczyk in the 2 mile (9:39 on a rail trail!!!). Nashua South’s Paul Marchand took 2nd in the 200 (23.8) and 5th in the Broad Jump.
Also scoring for the 603 were Dover’s Donovan DiMaria in the 400, Nick Norris (Portsmouth) and Will Plante (Londonderry) in the 800, as well as Josh Felo (Merrimack) and Ryan Fischer (Merrimack) in the 200. Gilford’s Patrick Gandini placed 4th in the 2 mile and Anders Larson (CBNA) also placed in the Broad Jump.
Which brings us to our weekly pep talk! Come on NH!!! Even if you did not like your results from this past weekend still TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS!!! Boys are creeping closer to Massachusetts! Girls pulled off the slim victory this week!!! Besides, its something to do in isolation! 🙂
